If it’s a how-to question The questions on the home page cover the usual ones: whether you need a connection, what happens with your location, battery or AI. See the questions
If you want to delete your account No need to write: in Settings, under “Account”, you delete it yourself on the spot, without waiting for anyone. How to delete it
If it’s a legal matter The legal notice says who is responsible for Kokai, and the privacy policy, what is kept and why. Both can be read without an account. Read the legal notice

Your message If you’re reporting a bug, say which screen you were on and which phone or browser. Don’t paste passport numbers or booking references: describing it is enough.
