GR 11, Spain: what it is and when to go
A sector of the Senda Pirenaica, the GR-11, between Planoles and Saneja, crossing from the Ripollès into the Cerdanya. It's a mid-mountain section, more forest and villages than high summits, and well waymarked. It's an easy link before the tough sectors of the Catalan Pyrenees. The best time to visit is April to June and September to October. In June there are 15 h 05 of daylight, and in December, 8 h 55.
